Plan :
Exercise with yellow thing for 20 minutes : monday,wednesday,friday,sunday
running at hallway for 10 minutes : tuesday,thursday,saturday

11.25 (wed) fitness journal : It was not that hard to do yellow thing, because I am not moving. But, my stomach was streching.
It was kind of painful, but I think this exercising is very good.
running in hallway wasn't that funny, but it was still good.
12.6 (sun) fitness journal : This week and last week was the worst week! I didn't do anything except today!
I will do more exercising from today.
12.20 (sun) It was not good week! I think from January, I have to do everyday and also I will write on here everyday!
